1. 24/7 customer service should you require urgent assistance: By being in direct contact with us, our team members are available 24 hours a day to ensure that all pre/post arrival aspects of your stay are taken care of to ensure that you have a truly special stay. 

2. Receive a fresh fruit basket and a bottle of wine on arrival with our compliments.

3. Up to 3 hours Early Check In & Late Check Out, on our Compliments: Subject on Availability and Pre-Arrival Notice. However, kindly book an additional night if you plan to stay much longer and past the extra 3-hour complimentary limit to avoid additional charges to a full night charge on Check-Out.

4. Free Housekeeping every 3 Nights that includes change of bed linen and towels along with trash removal.

5. Free on site private Parking. Limit of One Vehicle per apartment. Reservation is not needed. Extra charges apply for additional parking requirements. Kindly note that any type of RV's (Recreational Vehicles) OR any Oversized Vehicles OR Vehicles w/trailers OR Commercial Vehicles are NOT allowed inside or outside the parking lot. It is strictly prohibited and NOT allowed for any reason. 

6. Fast Free WiFi on all areas suitable for live streaming.

7. Free use of our Barbeque Lounge Facilities for all your Occasions or Easter Celebrations. 

8. Offer is applicable for bookings made at least 14 days prior to arrival date.

9. Group Reservations are Welcome! Subject on availability.

10. Entry of Non Residents at the Property is Strictly Prohibited, Not Allowed for all safety reasons and the safety of all Guests. Any Non Residents invited by Guests staying at the Property will be immediately notified and asked to leave the Property grounds.

11. All occupancies are strictly followed due to Fire Safety Laws. If you have extra people in your group, please ensure in advance that you book an additional apartment to fit adequately the size of your group reservation.

12. For Security and Identification purposes, Check In must be done ONLY from the Person who Holds the Reservation under his/her Name, as a Strict Requirement.

13. In addition, as part of our Pre-Arrival Check In logistics procedures, kindly provide the Exact Number of Guests and the Names of All the Guests staying within your Reservation for Security and pre-Registration purposes as a Mandatory Requirement. All Guest Names submitted must match exactly the Identification Document/s (Passport or national ID) provided by the Guest/s for Registration at the Property.

14. The Reservations are Personal for the Guest who has Originally Reserved and CANNOT be Transferred to Other Guests. Also, please note that the guest name must match the credit card holder name as submitted upon booking.

15. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

16. All Units are Non-Smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments and all interior public spaces. Smoking is only allowed in outdoor areas.

17. Please note that The Property does NOT offer any playground areas in the establishment. For the comfort of all Guests, Kindly use the playground and sports areas located along the beach, along the main beach promenade walk and the main fountain area.

18. The Property does NOT offer facilities for disabled guests or Guests who require extensive medical assistance due to a preexisting medical condition, for the Safety and Comfort of such Guests and deems absolutely NO responsibility, NO liability for any incidents in any occurence as such. Kindly make your reservation wisely.

19. Total Payment is required via E-Banking within 24 hours of booking.

20. This Offer is only valid via our website direct at www.litsahaus.com and cannot be combined with any other offer advertised anywhere else in the web.

21. NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATION: All Bookings are Non-Refundable in the event of any type of Cancellation, of any Reason, No Show or Early Departure.

22. All Guests by making this reservation agree automatically to the Terms & Conditions as noted above.
